decent stay
room size european hotel dim lighting temperature control
the location is alright, not exactly near major tourist spots, still workable. the room size was good for a european hotel. i found this charming..
the corridors were dimly lit. i found that a bit odd. the room was too warm and the temperature control did not seem to function properly. the usb lamp had nowhere to plug in.

great location and attentive staff
convenient location decent sized room breakfast buffet
the location was convenient for exploring the city. it was close to local transportation and shops. the room was a decent size with expected amenities. i found the breakfast buffet satisfactory. there was a kettle in the room and i also received a daily complimentary bottle of water.
the lighting in the room could have been improved, as it was somewhat insufficient.

the staff displayed excellent hospitality. they were very helpful and kind . i especially appreciated the attentiveness of vitoria, were great to assist me with my requests.

wonderful stay
polite staff super clean hotel lovely room
raphael greeted me during check-in he was polite and informative. the hotel was super clean and the staff were friendly. my room was lovely and clean. i walked down to rossio it took only 15 minutes and i enjoyed it
I noticed the bar service was slow. I waited around 15 minutes for a glass of water even though the restaurant and bar were not busy at that time
